The staff at Fairfield form the backbone of the organisation who each day make sure that the school runs effectively and efficiently. Ranging from the Office Team who are your first point of contact when you come to visit, through to the Cleaning & Caretaking Crew who make sure the building is warm, clean and safe. All the staff are here to make Fairfield a welcoming, vibrant and fun place for children and young people to learn and a ‘One Stop Shop’ for family support.

Old Hands will know the variety of roles and teams we have at Fairfield but for visitors new to the website or to the school you can see from the page below the range and breadth of the staff engagement with pupils, students and families. From Teaching & Learning through Care Guidance & Support to Welfare & Therapy all aspects of the needs of the school community are met in one way or another by a dedicated team of professionals. You can be sure that staff have the best interests of pupils and families at heart and you can trust that everyone will do their best to provide a top quality service!
